What do you think about this buckle? It is made of steel and looks like black-finished. I've seen official one piece- RAD buckles only made of ALU and the 2piece RAD buckles made of ALU and nickel-silver. But steel and this black-finish...I don't know.. What's your opinion?

Ingo, IMO it is a fake, but that is just my opinion, I have never ever seen a steel RAD before

The shown RAD-Koppelschloss is indeed a fake, however perhaps the forum should be reminded that there are known original and non aluminium examples of this buckle, which display a brazed catch arrangement.

Extremely rare by any definition.
I have also seen (alas not in my collection), a RAD buckle in steel with a brazed on catch and furthermore, a blind back Kriegsmetall RAD buckle, both of which I thought were original.
