Something's wrong with the frontside..It seems, that the swastika is not ouside enough.
I mean..it looks like the front is pressed in..

IMO it is black finished..so it could be worn by a fire-police officer.

Looks like the swastica was heavily buffed and the edges sharpened up a bit... I don't think this one was black, looks like more of a patina they didn't clean off the back.

Probably a battle field pick up
