Front Heil Buckle need Help with Authenicating

Please help me I recently won this item on Ebay i haven't payed for it yet. I am waiting to see if i can confirm it as a original, fake, or fantasy. I left the guy who is selling it three messages asking him if its a original or a fake and haven't recieved a response in 5 days. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have researched it with no luck.
