KM or Imperial Navy Belt & Buckle.

    Hiya,
Can anyone please help me out with this Officer buckle, early KM or Imperial. Maybe neither?
    Cheers Bill.

    Hiya Bill,

It's certainly not German navy, of whatever period. Construction reminds me of Scout buckles. Could it be Sea Scout related?

    Best regards,
    Karl

Thanks Karl, the belt is within this small collection. I thought it may be Military even though it does not have the laurel surround to it.

        Hi Bill, All,
        <?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /><o></o>
I took the liberty of clearing up the picture.
        <o></o>
I don’t know the buckle you post.... Yes, like Karl says, maybe scouts buckle....
        <o></o>
        The other buckles are:
        <o></o>
1st German WWI army, as you know.
        2d. Unknown ???
3d British WWI or 20’s (used until 1940) but can also be Belgian as the British style equipment was used.
4d British pre-WWI . Can also be Belgian pre- WWI OR even .... (why not) US Civil war confederated. <o></o>
They used the exact same buckle.... As for the above, only the markings can tell.<o></o>
        <o></o>
