DRK- Red Cross Leader buckle w. belt

Today I've got this very nice complete DRK Leader belt..

I would say in mint condition..nearly unworn..

I don't collect DRK buckles and It's my first leader buckle..so I've to ask...is this a Original One and who is Maker No 2 ?
