Tan tropical belt - please help!!

I´ve got a new tropical belt with rbn nr., what can you tell me about it, gentlemen. Please help me identifying it´s originality!

It is a belt from a waf member. I believe, it is a good belt, but i´m no expert. I just need a few opinions of the experts here to verify it´s originality.

Is it okay, that RBN stands before the RBN number????

I******180;ve got warnings from other members, that some things are not right with this belt:

1.) The leather tongue is sewn in a square to the web.

2.) The RBNr written before the RBN number. This is okay on leather, but not on webbelts.

3.) Look at the white garnement in opposite to the rusty buckleclaw.


4.) When you open the two layers of the belt a little bit, there should be a slightly difference of the colour, but there isn******180;t.


These are 4 things, i******180;ve been told and so i wrote back to the seller and he sent me back my money with an e check per paypal and told me to keep the belt .

Hi Marc, I have looked at the pics again since your post. I had not noticed the square stiching to the leather tongue. That is odd. I wonder if this belt was unfinished from the factory and someone has added to it?

Yes, that******180;s it, Ade. I hadn******180;t seen it at a first glance too. But a member told me the odd things. Tony K. is a nice guy and he reacted promptly by sending me back the money. What is really nice is, that he told me to keep the "fake" belt as a filler, until i get a good one!!!!!
