Web belt good or not ?

I need your help on this one. I picked it up 2 years ago on ebay and have some doubts on the color, hook and markings.
Could you tell me what you think on this belt ?

I recall have seen a bunch of these belt at the 2004 SOS but did not exam these ones at the time.

looks ok but stiching on the tongue looks to have been resewn, you have a photo of the stiching on the other side?

Sorry for the poor pic but the belt is stored somewhere in one of my boxes and can't find it.
Hoping it will be sufficient.
