No idea who made them. Remember also that these buckles are not for the TODT workers but only for the armed TODT protection units. Just like the Postschutz.
I do know there are two variations... Yes, yes!!!!! Thanks to Christian I was able to obtain a zinc alloy non-magnetic TODT buckle a few months ago. It is the only one I know and ever heard of.
