Luftwaffe second patt. two-piece buckle.

Hi all,
I recently purchased a LW two-piece buckle pictured below. Since I have very little knowledge about the belt buckle in general, I'd like to seek for any opinion regarding the originality of the buckle. Thanks in advance.
