SS belt buckle up for review, mm'd,,

Hi guys, tis way out of my realm, this buckle belongs to a friend of mine, it is maker marked but under the "claw bar".. any help is appreciated. Thanks.

the lighting was very poor at his house, it was 10:30 at night and I had to try and get the pics inside, very dim lighting, so I could not get a very good picture of the mm.
