Hello I traded this buckle to a buddy years ago. Finally got a few shots today. I don't really collect imperial but I think this is a very unique buckle with a strange catch system. I think it's a Wuerttemberg EM and I would guess pre WWI. Kirby

This is a private purchased buckle. It goes on a shiny parade belt. The buckle is permanently attached to the belt with the prongs. The adjustment of the size is done by sliding the belt in the buckle and by blocking it with the clamp.
