Here are images of a 1939 RAD by Sohni, Heubach u. Co. of Oberstein.

Even though the buckle has been traditionally fabricated by a die stamp process, the limited detail to the reverse of the roundel area and especially in relation to the swastika, is quite interesting.

Nice buckle David, I particularly like the sharpness of the makers mark on the buckle itself, so often they are smudged or full of paint.
