As Ben has stated, a very nice Josef Feix & Sohne buckle with tab. From the photos, it actually looks like it is in very good condition with the paint still intact both front and reverse and the leather looking very good. I would say that this is more of a case where it was not stored properly. A little cleaning, if you decide, could make this a very handsome piece.
