Another KM buckle up for review

Hello, I ran across another KM Buckle that looks just like my other buckle but without a number on the back, is this a good buckle.. thanks for any input.

It's a good one ..
I've nearly the same one (silver-coloured for administration ) in my collection also without a waist-number.
But if you look at my picture, perhaps you can see a 86 written with a pencil.
