I agree with Dan on this one.

A perfectly sound NSBO buckle in my opinion, although the reverse appears to be a little odd in appearance and perhaps it has been overly cleaned.

Here are a few more which are part of the specific design family.

High and low relief NSBO declaration, although with otherwise, the same and basic design.

Excellent NSBO buckle Steve and indeed a slight variant from those previously shown - the hammer head being set fairly and squarely in the wreath, rather than slightly below.

Here are a few others with a centrally positioned hammer head.
