do you think that its value decrease due to the fact that the eagle is not horizontal , or is it the rarest PL you have never seen ?

I absolute agree with Ric, looks like a beautiful and original PL buckle!

I know a lot of buckles with little "production errors".

Since it has a high RZM serial (?) number...is it made in zinc or aluminium?
