Help with a WW1 buckle and belt?

Hi all. I didn't know if anyone could help with this or not. I thought I'd try. I know that the buckle is WW1 but the belt has a Nazi stamp on it. I suppose the owner could have served in both wars and just replaced the belt but the stamp looks like one you'd see on paper items or maybe an armband. Anybody have any thoughts?

Don't bother with this one. The buckle is bad and so are the markings on the belt.

Thanks Bill. Being a fairly new collector who's trying to learn, can you point out the problems with the buckle. I figured the belt might be suspect because of the stamp but I thought maybe someone could have just added the stamp.
