Luft marking help

Hello,

I have a Luftwaffe buckle w/tab marked with a Roman numeral II, which I assume is regiment number 2. The other number, which appears to be 541, is that the battalion number? 541 seems like a high number to me, but maybe that's possible. Any help would be appreciated.

Front side markings - Maker marked Werner Linker Duisburg with LBA marking. Also has a pencil/pen marking L12?

L /12 looks like St. Z.

Curious - what would the ST. Z signify? A location?

I don't know it... but I can't imagine that it could be a location.
