Hi M looks like an SA buckle to me. Looks original, dont see any red flags, even has some of the silver wash on the roundel

I thought it would be RAD. Anyway, is that a regular SA buckle or an office buckle? Is that buckle common?

As Ben has so rightly confirmed - SA.

A distinctly unusual design by many aspects and not an easy one to find in my opinion.
