    SS Officer buckle please help

    Hi Guys I need your help, I have bean offered this one.

    What do you guys think about it. IMO it is a good one but I´m not so experienced in this field
    What is a fair price for a buckle like this?

          I would say an original one

          It's very difficult to suggest a price : I would prefer to pay much more for a buckle in better condition........

              I agree with Ric. Original buckle but in terrible condition. Whatever the price it is not worth investing money in a buckle that you will never be able to get your money back on. Condition is everything whether it is coins ,stamps or belt buckles.

                  I totally agree with Ric and Bill on this one. I would walk pass this one and not give it a second thought. Bill makes a very salient point that if you invest $400 - $600 on a buckle in this condition, and for some reason you need to liquidate your collection for whatever reason, will you be able to get your money back? Most likely not.
