              Been there one

I picked up that one in 1997 when a friend sold his entire collection.

He had never seen that the maker mark was so uncommon.

                Back

Knowing that one coming from an attic, I bought one year later a KM buckle in iron from the same maker : the seller thought it was a fake...

                Cheers.

                    Thanks

The condition of that one is not as good as yours Ben , but I always liked this buckle, because nobody could at that time explain what was this mark.
It is the almost only buckle without tab that I kept, except a very special one that I would post here when I would have time : an early nickel Heer buckle with the standard Heer motto ... never seen one another...

These buckles are always worth keeping Simon whatever condition they are in, at the end of the day they are few and far between. Looking forward to seeing this early nickel buckle though

.....since it could be the beginning of an interesting thread
