    Hello,
    a friend of mine has this silver dak buckle in his collection. what do you think, repainted or original? i know the picture is not the best

    Peter,

    the same kind of finish with white web tab associated has been observed on known original LW buckles, I would say the same for that one

    Could you post a back side photo ?

                I was a bit sceptic when seein a gront of these buckle - but back od it looks much better

                silver paint makes me think it maybe a salesman example of buckle - like the ones placed on paper boards at the stores....

                  A friend of mine got a white web belt matching this buckle.

                  No chance to have pics but I have seen it some years ago.

                  Military police ? like US white equipments...
