I would expect to see the buckle alone without the belt be sold for $60-80 by a dealer in its condition.. hope that helps..Chad

I think Chad's spot on with the price range for the buckle on its own. In Germany, EUR 50 - 70 would seem appropriate. I'm afraid an unmarked belt will not add to the value, especially when altered (repaired), even though the alteration may very well be period.
