Aluminum SS belt buckle

Hi guys this is one more item from my shoe box find. I don't collect SS items so I'm not to familiar with most of it. I don't know if this is late war or early? Any idea who the maker is or any thing else about it?

David,very nice and original bouckle,is an early alluminium bouckle,38 is the date.

Thanks for the info! The buckle is on estand now as I don't collect SS stuff.
