Hallo,

it could be a "balanced trade" :
the LW tropical with blue web tab is scarcer than the SS RODO buckle, but this one is seldom encountered in nice condition.
Of course such opinion comes from my own experience.

Common if you are referring to a LW buckle, while the WH one blu painted with leather tab is very scarce.
