Heer Buckle

Very timely post as I have just discovered this weekend, from my late fathers footlocker, a very similar Heer buckle that was attached to a black belt and accompanying ammo pouches. The oddity from my opinion is that I have not seen this maker mark before and hopefully some of my colleagues can enlighten me of this maker.
Thanks - DanAttached Files

Originally posted by InfanteerRic, that is a very unusual tab. Can I assume that it was added by the soldier in the field?
I have nothing to support my theory, but I guess it could be by a local manufacturer somewhere in the Sud front.
Up to now I recorded the same web tab on buckles by Ernst Schneider in Ludenscheid 42, Berg & Nolte 42 and another unmarked but by B. Haarmann.
