a beautiful Overhoff buckle of nickel over steel... notice the extra hash mark in the makers mark M/4/27 the manufacturers still had confusion as to how they were supposed mark the buckles properly ...there is also a M/4/55 buckle that is from the same era and construction that has the same makers mark error... great buckle Chad
