I had a feeling it wasn't good. I had it put on hold for me because I have not seen those marking on that type of buckle before. The SS din't sit right with me..

I did get an Officer SS from this dealer the same day that is 100% although.

you are indeed right : the marking is totally wrong, as for general rule when you see runes in a diamond be sure that's a fake.
The manufacture is uncorrect as well : you'll never see on a original one the badge kept by a roundel !
BTW the same buckle is pictured in Angolia book : see the fake's chapter.
