Heer Officer Bocade Belt Good or Bad?

I'm thinking of buying this officer brocade belt, but would like your opinions on it first.

I saw this belt on the website - it is a bargain IMO, if i did not have one (and mine cost me about £130.00 a couple of years ago!) I would snap this one up.

I seen it too Steve and I was also considering picking it up. What I like about it is the different type of size adjustment. We are so used to seeing the leather tabs. I think the grommets make this piece very attractive.
