Too good to be true?

I saw this buckle listed on an antique dealer's site for a very good price. I am guessing that the price is low for a reason. Buckles aren't my thing, so I am asking the experts. Based on the photos, what do yo think?

My opinion : Fake Heer buckle aren't that good actually.
This one is a good one. No need to see the back for me.
Furthermore, the look of the front does look like the Sieper maker.

Well, I guess I'll never know for sure. I see now that someone has already bought it. I should have grabbed it when I first saw it, but at only $45, I got suspicious.
