Interesting Luft EM buckle

Here are some pictures of an interesting Luft EM buckle that I have in my collection.
It is made of aluminum and is injection molded, the back of the buckle is flat with no reverse view of the eagle.
Is this an oddball buckle?... I have yet to see another Luft buckle made in this construction.
Does anyone else have a Luft buckle made like this in there collection?

Nice buckle. I do not have one like this.
Are you sure it is made of aluminium ?
Could be a kind of "leichtmetal" like the HJ buckles...

Agree with Karl, I had two : one sold and another still in mine

It's made of silvered aluminum.

I think the nice buckle posted by Gary could be the beginning of an interesting thread.
