    Dutch Jeugdstorm Buckle

    Dear All,

I have this buckle for some time now and I am happy with it.

It is the German made Jeugdstorm Buckle for boys. See page 178 Foreign Legions of the 3 Reich - volume 2.

I also have the Girls version, now I am looking for the 3 version see again page 178 right on the top.

Does anybody has an idea were to find such a buckle? I know Weitze had one in the past.

    Best regards,

    Rene

          Hi kuifje,<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /><o></o>
The girls one is for sure an original, no problem with it, but the other one…<o></o>
I have never seen such a construction…. It do not make sense…. As I believe the inset is original, the buckles itself looks post war to me… Of course I might be wrong but I have never seen this construction. The “normal” construction is holding the inset to the buckle with 4 prongs and the catch / prongs are of the “American” type with a crocodile catch. They where Dutch made…. I would really like to see the buckle personally….<o></o>
