What are your opinions on this 1941 Assman buckle and tab. It is in near mint condition. Also , I can't find a mark on the buckle anywhere. If it is a little fuzzy, I tried it on a scanner.

Perfect original buckle. They come with tan (like yours) and black tabs and are generaly marked 1941 and 1942 under the makers logo on the tab. There might be ( not always) a "A" marking inside the oval, next / under the eagle wing on the back of the buckle.
