SS Buckles - Opinions Please

I was wondering if I could have your opinions on the following buckles. The first is advertised as Mid war steel SS belt buckle with matt aluminium paint finish of which most remains no maker marked. The second - Waffen SS alloy belt buckle marked RZM 36/40 SS. Pictures follow.
