I'm going to try to explain what the SA buckle looks like. Because uploading a photo, suddenly I can't anymore. The SA buckle is covered with a dark matte paint. Just as info, in 1944/45 a lot of soldiers received SA buckles, some was overprinted in tha1944 bud color dark blue and some time in black, I have only one in my collection.
dont remove the peint.
