HJ Flat Back RZM M4/38 and belt for review

Im not up to date on Hj items but this rig seems to be rather rare from what I can gather. Any input would be welcomed either way.

The buckle is nice but not rare. The belt is a very high quality private purchase dress belt. The backing on the belt looks like Luftwaffe blue/grey. If I am correct about the color I would match it up with a quality 4 tab dress Luftwaffe buckle.

Nice nickel with both Assmann and Overhoff marking. Harder to find than the first one.

Look under the swastika, M4/42 Hermann Aurich buckle.

It is marked RZM M4/42 For Herman Aurich Dresden. The marking is by the swastika. My favorite of the buckles so far.

Here is my example. This type tag should not be used on a buckle. A bunch of members have these buckles and the code numbers are all very close. Someone must have found a case of these after the war.

Your correct it is marked in that spot M4/42...I missed that, good eyes.
