Large brown claw belt for opinions

The buckle looks odd and not typical to me. No markings anywhere, I would not feel comfortable calling that a military officer's belt from WW 2.

The belt looks perfectly fine to me. Just a typical brown NSDAP or other organization brown belt similar to this one:
