Is this a fake buckle from czech or poland ????

Yes, it is. You still have on it the major "red flag" used by novices which is prongs tips cut at a 45 degree angle. You also have other features telling you it is a fake from East Europe but I let others make their comment or you can scroll down other previous messages dealing with the same kind of buckle.

Yup,a fake one,the eagle looks odd,tail,wings,head etc.,and the prongs.
Funny to realize that I've seen these buckles on many dealers sites,even in tan color with ofcourse a fake webbelt !
A collector I know came with one of these a couple of weeks ago telling me he found a mint cheap luftbuckle on a show...not that cheap knowing these are fake....
