I found out the belt was probobly fake, but I am not sure about the buckle. Its an aluminum wehrmact dress buckle. pardon the number of pictures but i took one from every angle so any one who might now has a better chance of knowing. Note the A on the back.

I can only comment on the buckle, even though Wehrmacht-Heer is not at all part of my collecting field.


The private purchase/dress WH enlisted buckles are of course faked and to be perfectly honest, there are some very convincing examples currently in circulation.

The one that you show is however and I think original, however a caveat!

That strange A is very odd and I suspect that it has been recently die punched in by someone, trying to clumsily "upgrade" the buckle as being by F W Assmann u. S.

I have very mildly edited your post, as it is strictly against the Forum rules to overtly trade or advertise items for sale. I trust that you fully understand.

More appropriate perhaps that you place the set on e-Stand, although the suggestion that one good photograph of the obverse and similarly for the reverse.
