M4 / 24 HJ Steel

Hallo to all,
is it possibel that 2 HJ Buckle Steel
from the same Maker M4 /24 have different
Prongs?
At one Steel HJ Prongs made of Steel with 4 cut top / end
and at the other Steel HJ made Prongs
of Aluminium with cut like a pencil????

Hello...I have never noticed this on steel buckles, but I do have zinc buckles from the same maker that have prongs made from different materials..ie..steel/aluminum.. Chad
