Opinions on Luft Buckle On Estand

[Colorado]

What are your opinions of the buckle on the estand? Specifically the prongs, the shape of the metal around the hinge and the eagle claws. Can't tell the detail of pebbling on the backside, would need better photos.

The classic Dr F with the reverse (opposing) cut claws.

Agree with David. A fake and a typical Dr. F. Frank one at that. Also a very poor fake as it has a number of warning signs in it's design.

Hi there
About 3 years ago I bought one with some hesitation.Later on I knew why.I saw them on every show in Europe.The Dr.f and co with the funny head.I,ve also seen them last months in tan and in a real weary condition.There are even dealers who sell them for good ones.
This forum is getting more important every day.
