HJ buckle opinions

Hello. Before i sell a HJ lot, I want to make sure that this one is real! Opinions please.

the buckle itself is OK, but the foot catch is not! I have a bunch of buckles from this maker(Dr.Frank & Cie),and all have a different footed catch.... this one is very different and doesnt look right.. can you check and see if the buckle is magnetic? please let me know..thanks..chad
