Any possibility towards an image of the NOWA logo.

Acronym for "Norddeutches Nickle und Silberwaren", although this company was also M4/68.

The strap stampings are a mystery, although I assume that 0039 represents the year and 100 signifies the size.

            Regards,

            David

              belt

              Hello,
the number on the belt looks like a RBNr. to me. the belt itsself should have an iron hook and no inner leather tongue as seen on the pictures.
from what i found out sofar these kind of belts were produced from 1943 on to safe material. therefore the aluminium buckle does not match the belt.
              Newertheless nice items!

Forum member "kmh" helped me out quite a bit with a similar rig on one of my earlier posts,...

                    erich,
they safed some leather by leaving out the inner leather tab, also the production of the belts became easyer, faster and cheaper. the only thing they had to do was to manufacture the holes in the belt without stitching an additional leather tongue to the belt.
the rbnr (reichsbetriebsnumer) represents the manufacturer.
