I saw this unmarked buckle for sale online. With my limited knowlegde it looks original however is there any way to know the maker of this buckle?
In addition, based on the colour, is it correct to list this as a mid war production?

Can't tell from your photo but look to the right of the 42 and you might have a sideways H on top of a A.
