RS&S Luftwaffe buckle. Asking for assistance.

Hello, I need some help with identification of originality of this belt buckle. Sorry for poor quality pictures but this is all I have got.

Nice original buckle. Prong bar is painted so it probably never had a tab. Seiper is on the list of Tropical makers of Luftwaffe.
