      A repro belt with a late war hook used .

          i think hook is also repro

            Agree. It even looks as if the hook was chemically treated to induce rust.
            These ‘flat’ hooks are normally to be found on WW1 beits or on Reichswehr belts (then they are almost always nickeled).
