    (Most likely fake) SS buckle

Greetings friends, I've discovered this excellent forum while doing research, so here goes.
I bought this at a military show, knowing that this would be 99.99% likely a fake/repro (since it was cheap).
However after doing some research and going through the fake SS buckles thread I've noticed that I haven't seen buckles similar to this one among the typical fakes.
The back of it is the most odd one, as the metal piece on the right which attaches to the belt is typically different.
So is this a very crude fake? Or some kind of last ditch late war one, given the absence of stamp?
Even if it is fake, I'm curious to possible origins, maybe it was made for WW2 movies or something of that sort?.

Very much a fake buckle - as to where this originated or why I have no idea as this is the first time I have seen this type of reproduction.

Many of the details suggest that this obvious casting was made by using some form of an "OLT" style fake SS buckle to start with. The extra sharp point behind the eagle's head is classic of the "OLT" design, as are other details seen here. I have a similar reproduction as this one, and I also have an original "OLT" in nickelsilver with the original telephone number markings. These aluminum alloy types are not as nice as the original nickel fakes, as they are cast, and I would call them second generation reproductions, (fake of a fake).
        Hope this helps!

Already by 2005, the very last time I did attend the SOS at Louisville, fakers were offering cast of the V-Chest for $20.
