Opinions on late Heer buckle?

Hi, folks,
I'm a beginning collector of Wehrmacht buckles, and would
like to get your opinion on one that's been offered for sale, please...
I've been studying and can identify some of the common fakes pretty
easily, but still have a lot to learn.

Something about the eagle's head on this one makes me wonder.
Any info you can share about this one would be very much appreciated.

Nice buckle in pretty good shape with typical Overhoff style eagle.
If moderatly priced, I would say, this buckle is a sound begin for a new collection.

Thanks very much for your help!
This one seems reasonable (to me, the newbie)
at ~$127.00 shipped. I don't have a late, blue one yet.
I am not focusing on mint buckles -- a little wear is fine
for me (and keeps prices down!).

If you have any thoughts about this buckle at that price,
I would be very interested to hear your opinions!
