Looking for an opinion on this Army officer belt and buckle

Is this an Army officer buckle or some other organization? It is maker marked. There is also a ink stamping on the belt itself. I can't quite make out some of the letters but looks like 'ist verboten' on part of it.

I cannot say exactly from which period of this belt comes, but the German Bundesgrenzschutz (Federal Border Guard) still used them today.

The manufacturer's logo on the buckle is by Christian Theodor Dicke. They produced buckles for the German Police still after 1945.

I read the ink stamp on the belt as follows:

Das Anbringen zusätzlicher Schnallöcher ist verboten!

(The application of additional buckle holes is prohibited!)

Never saw such a stamp before.

Thanks for the information and translation. Interestingly, the previous owner, whether in 1945 or more recently, did put two additional buckle holes for a better fit.

IMO postwar belt regarding the leather quality and the buckle .
The odd stamping is going also in that BGS postwar direction !
