Opinions on DAK Officers Webbed Belt and Buckle

Any opinions or information on this DAK Officers Webbed Belt and Buckle would be appreciated. I cannot read the black ink stamp. Does anyone know what it might/should say? Thanks.

The ink Mark is usually the manufacturers name or later EM models have RBN. I have a similar officers were the ink stamp is illegible. If you search the forum you may find some examples were you can read the stamped markings.
